I have a passive-massage exercise machine I use daily. . three to four times a

day for two to three minutes a session. It helps to put the body's nervous

system into fine tune and helped my balance. It has many other benefits as well.

If interested in reading about it. . . go to www.iwr.com/chimachine If you wish

to order. . . call 1- and when asked for distributor number use

#A118052 . Cost is $460 + tax for your zip code area. No shipping or handling.

And it has a 14 day trial money back guarantee and a one year warranty on all

parts and labor. It's been the best money I've ever spent on health!

Sincerely Libby Bond

Dear jege6666@...:

I thought for several years that my sense of balance was affected somehow,

but now I think it is working OK. The problem is, I guess, that CMT's lost

muscles do not allow me the muscular control for proper balance. I'm with you

on heavy carpet, sand, mud, thick grass or high weeds. I also do not like to

stand in a stationary or slow moving line as in the PO.

I have been very fortunate about falling and have not injured myself by doing

so. When I go down, I sort of relax & fall like a sack of potatoes, not with

my arms & legs out stiff as to catch myself.

Take care & have a good evening all,

Bud in TX

I had to walk on a dark dark street to get to my car the other night.. Try

that for fun one night. I am taking a flashlight with me next time. You know

what else if my hair gets in my eyes that is a problem too.
