Guest guest
When Melatonin first came out, my husband had to try it. I NEVER try anything when it first comes out. He didn't notice anything particularly effective about it. After it had been out for a while, the government and medical institutions began researching it and the results were broadcast on national TV. The consensus at my last viewing was that Melatonin was not recommended for general consumption and could have very bad effects on some people. The only approved usage was for jet lag.......just for a few days until you become adjusted to the time change. I'm sure if you researched it today, you would find plenty of pros and cons.....possibly depending on whether the reporter had any interest in selling it. I, personally, have chosen not to recommend it if asked by anyone......brain hormones just shouldn't be fooled with in my book.
