S.S. Determination Letter

Yo group,

I received so many requests for my S.S. determination letter so I decided to

type the entire report using my Word program. There should be a download

prompt at the bottom of this email. Before downloading the report I would like

to make a few comments.

First off, the first part of the report is a letter from the Judge telling me

of his decision and the process of appealing if I wish. I included this part

of the report because it just might come in handy to someone who needs to

appeal their case further ( almost 0% chance but worth the try)

Secondly, since my RLS was caused by a severe injury to my neck, RLS is not

the ONLY factor in this case. I may or may not have prevailed without the RLS

component. Having said that, please note that ANY ONE thing can be cause for a

successful case. Many of the problems listed in the decision part of the

report do indeed manifest from the RLS. I have highlighted all areas that

either appear to be related to RLS or those portions that are important in

understanding the " process " the Judge must take in coming to his/her decision.

Many of you have asked specific questions about the S.S. process and be

assured I have saved each question. I will post these questions and answers to

the group hopefully today or tomorrow.

Lastly, if you have additional questions, please email them and I will respond
