, I've been drinking coffee for YEARS with no effects on my tremors.

I had to pull out all the stops this time to discern WHAT was causing,

ALL OF A SUDDEN, the upsurge in my tremors. My tremors are usually not

seen/noticed/or felt. So, looking on my calendar, it appeared to be 1)

stress induced (getting shots in my back) and 2) the shots were

Depro-Medrol. Interesting also that during this time I discontinued my

Neurontin. Neurontin can induce tremors also. I for one am committed to

feeling better each day and doing what I can to manage my CMT life.

Hello the House,

Hi Gretchen, What do you mean by no effect. When you say no effects on

your tremors, does that mean you had the tremors right along with drinking

coffee. I to had been drinking coffee for years and I continued to have the

tremors and they got worse over the years. I stopped drinking coffee and the

tremors left me to the point I'm now thinking about become a brain surgeon:-)
