Hello the House, as you can see above, you can enter as much of the e-mail that has been sent to you as you wish. I sent some of your e-mail along so you might know what I'm referring to. In order to do that, just highlight ( to highlight, just put you curser right before the word you want to start with, hold done on the left hand side of you mouse and drag it along till everything you want to send is in black, then let up on the mouse) all or part of the e-mail you received and click on Reply. what you highlighted will show on the Reply e-mail, then you enter you message and click on send now. If you do not want repeat any of the e-mail sent you but you would like to answer, then just click on reply. As for saving e-mail so I might respond later, I just click on the " X " in the upper right hand of the e-mail I just received. and when I want to retrieve it, I click on mail center in the upper left of the window. then click on old mail and bingo there it is. I hope this helps.

I got your second message. I feel a little " lost " on the computer - I have only had it since the end of February, so it is all quit new for me. Can you please tell me how to " replay " to a letter, whitout for instance " returning " your letter at the same time? I start writing underneath where you stopped, is that wrong? (Your letter seems to follow my new one onto the " chat-page " .) It is great to finally be in touch with others that understands. I had a nice letter from a Sweedish girl with CMT today. Basically we all struggle with the same things, just in different grades. While some can do weightlifting and hiking, others have enough with getting through the day. My parents from Norway arrived here yesterday. It is so lovely to see them and of course I can just " be my self " and not have to push myself all the time. Mum suffer from the same illness, so we understand each other. We go shopping together holding each others arms waiting for who to stumble first... We lay down and rest when we have to and get on great, all of us. Mum wasn't diagnosed with CMT until I was a toddler. She has always been looked at as a " weakling " , but nobody knew the reason she couldn't keep up with the others. I was so slow to try to walk and didn't want to put my feet under me, so they realized something was wrong. By the time we were diagnosed, she had given birth to my two sisters (twins) that also has CMT. My older brother is thankfully not affected, nor is his son. Neurologists in Norway that I have seen up through the years knows very little about it. But now I have been given the name etc. for a neurologist here in England that knows more and my G.P. is in the prosess of reffering me to him. I know very well there is no cure for us, but I hope it will be a positive experience to talk to a doctor that has seen this before. (Doctors in Norway have actually suggested to me to walk on high heel shoes, and do all kinmd of excersizes!!!) - I can hardly walk in flat shoes (when I'm lucky enough to find some that doesn't hurt!) Please don't think I'm full of self-pity - I am just writing about the facts of life with this illness. And as I said in my first letter, it is a struggle even though everything else in life is good. Take care and have the best possible day! Best wishes from Nina Cat. e-mail: itch1@... (Itch is my Siamese cat... therefor the silly address...) I have felt this comming more and more the last year, the arms also feel quite heavy and tired after some hosework for example. I think I have to rest more and figure out how I can spare my arms more. What do you think? Mayby it´s time for me to begin shopping the food with the help of Internet and have it transported to my home. Do you in US often shop the food like that? Guest guest
Hi Becky and everybody! " Do any of you have weak neck muscles? My head feels heavy at times, mostly late afternoons and evenings. I have to lay back in my recliner to rest my head/neck. >Becky M. " Yes I recognize what you describe. My weak neck gives me many problems. If I have a lot of things to do at my work or at home; my neck immediately gets stiff, hurts and " burns " . My neck require many short rests. I have had many periods of treatment by physiotherapists according to the neck. When I go to a light workout group and we all are supposed to do sit-ups I always have to support the neck by my hands (I´m the only one in the group who must do that). I have tried so much by exercise to make the neck stronger but nothing has happend. I have read that neckproblems can be related to CMT and I think nowadays that that is the fact for me. To rest many short times during the day and not force myself to much with work of all kinds helps me to cope with my weak neck. Happy Easter to all, Rose. The doctors that I've had that said they had other CMT patients tended to compare me with the others CMT patients that weren't as progressed as my CMT. I found this to be very frustrating..... But, the doctors that don't have CMT patients are more willing to verify the ailments that I come in with. They don't judge me by another patient that can ski and do muscle building, stuff that I can't even consider. As for replying to an e-mail. Each time you recieve an e-mail it gives you the opportunity to repond to it by clicking on the reply button.... The same goes for a reply to a reply. Just continue clicking on reply and it will continue re-sending it. I hope your still doing better.....
