HI, all!

I have been gone for about a week, housesitting, and have dropped into

my house a couple of times to check the e-mail. I had over 150! 3 were

not from this group. Glad to have back in full force. He

definitely keeps things lively. I think it has been said enough, so I

will leave the

SUPPORT thing alone.

I seem to be doing well enough on my current regimen of prescriptions

and herbals and concentration. After the year I had last year, the

ATTACKS are alot further apart than they used to be. I get one bad night

about once or twice a week, which is a DEFINITE IMPROVEMNET over

marching up and down the stairs all night long.

One thing Jeanne said that caught my attention was this: She can sit if

her legs are quiet to begin with and concentrate on something for a

couple of hours. But, if they are already " buzzing " , than it is

impossible to concentrate her way out of it. It is the same for me. Once

my legs are rocking and rolling, I have a really hard time in

concentrating on anything. I have employed the " Just get mad " method,

and it does work sometimes. Ask Jill about that one! :o)

We are all here to learn as much as we can about this beastly disorder;

that is how we got to this group in the first place.

I am off to housesit again, so everyone have a great weekend.
