Guest guest
If you're looking for a tandem bike for a child, you can't do better than an Trail-A-Bike. It attaches to a regular bicycle very easily, rides beautifully and looks totally cool. I got one for my 7-year-old (with CMT1A) as a aid to help her learn how to ride a bike. Now she peddles her own bike but still loves to ride with me on the tandem. You can see the bike at http://www.travelingtikes.com/adamstrail.htm ---------- Rick Alber Robin wrote: Hi everyone I used to ride my bike everywhere when I was a teen. In recent years, it got more and more difficult for me to ride it. For my 40th birthday, my fiance bought a Tandem Bike for me. It is just wonderful. I ride on the back. I may not have the leg strength that I used to, but I can at least move my legs on the pedals, and enjoy the ride. If anyone loves to bicycle and loves being outdoors...I would highly recommend a Tandem. Besides, it gives you some great quality time with your honey!!! Guest guest
As for the Holistic treatments, I TOTALLY recommend deep tissue massage. After my massages, I feel 10 pounds lighter and MUCH less pain. I am going to be trying an acupuncturist soon as well. Also, I stretch at the end of the day (too painful in the morning) annd it seems to keep the blood flowing for me, and it is easier to walk.
