Hi everyone...Dorothy Gosling here,

I had a major computer hardware failure and have lost a ton of info. The

fact that the computer techs formatted my backup drive didn't help much

either! I would like to ask all of you, if anyone has completed a survey in

the last few months, would you please request another one and email it to me?

If by any chance you have a copy of the one you already completed, that would

be great too.

I have lost all of my email addys as well and am attempting to recover some

of the files. However, it is a very long difficult task, and the files are

so cross-linked that most of them are essentially worthless. If you can't

remember when you did a survey, then please ask for it again and fill one in.

Take care all! And remember to backup your hard drives!!

If you sent yours by snail mail it is safe.

If you haven't filled it out yet, now is the time!
