Hi, all!

I never thought of it before said something today. I am not sure

about the 12 to 14 hour intervals, although I think it is pretty close.

I get up at 5 a.m. everyday, and can count on the RLS starting up around

6 or 6:30 p.m. If I have not medicated by 7:30, I am usually past the

point of no return, for my evening symptoms. I HAVE to catch them early

or, I'm sunk. Once they start, I can get MAD at them, and sometimes

concentrate them away, along with my meds. I am hoping reducing my

stress will be a help for the evening symptoms, though. I have a feeling

sitting in the hot tub at the spa will help immensely! :o)

Happy Sunday!

Donna/Vt

We are digging out of a foot and a half of snow here in Vt. It is

beautiful, but I want it to go away!! :o)
