Guest guest
Becca- This is Jill. I was also on Zoloft not for CMT but for Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and was recentlt taken off it. However, my doctro took two to three weeks to ween me off it. The first week we cut my dosage for 100mg to 50mg then the next week to 25mg and then finally I was off of it for the thrid week. I found that I experienced the same headaches that I had when I began the drug 3-4 yrs ago and that I was alittle moody- my husband would disagree and say very moody(LOL:) I am totally off of Zolkoft now since Sept. My doctor was very receptive to trying vitiman thearpy for the CFS, I am taking L-Creatine and C-Q-10 to help with the fatigue and found that it does help. I alsoam trying very hard to change my diet and exercise regularly- that helps even more. Good luck and hope this helped you alittle. Guest guest
Hang in there Becca, We're all behind you as you try to get your meds in order. Email me personally if you could use a private pep talk or just want to vent. I have a sister who has gone through a lot of " trial and error " with medications to fight depression and find the combination that works for her. Maybe I can get some feedback from her.
