My feet are icy cold even if the air temperature is over 100. I always knew I was weird. Nothing warms my icy feet, so sorry, can't help you there. I wear heavy socks and genuine fleece lined footwear from New Zealand in the daytime, and socks at night in a preheated bed. My feet ALWAYS say they are painfully frozen. We are all different!
