Guest guest
Has anyone with tremors noticed they are worse under stress? And how do you handle this? What positive steps do to take? Also, have anyone with tremors ever taken the amino acid Isoluceine? I looked it up on 'Quackwatch' and all I found is that it is a natural substance found in nuts and grains. But I am trying to find out HOW exactly it can help tremors. Gretchen

When its stress, I try to relax by taking a nice long hot bath with scented candles for lite, C.D. player with favorite music to listens to. Just lock the door and and say Calgon take me away!!! >Becky M.
