Guest guest
Hi everyone, Has anyone noticed that if your bladder is full or almost full, that rls starts up? I've tried my own experiment several times at the movies: A few times I drank alot of coke, water, etc... towards the 2 hour mark, my legs started up. A few other times I restricted the drinking and made sure I went to the washroom before the movie started; I've been enjoying going to the movies ever since. BUT, towards the 3 hour mark rls does return- I found this out during Titanic movie. At night, when rls wakes me up, even if I don't feel like it, I go to the washroom anyway and even if there is only a little trickle, I tend to go back to sleep most of the time. BUT, the constant waking up is killing me and I know I now have a sleep disorder. This seems to be like dominos, what's next....... Guest guest
It's uncanny, the signal for bladder emptying and the feeling of RLS are so similar. I also make sure I visit the loo the minute I get the signal because if I don't I know my legs will surely start their humming. So I too have to get up at night in the hope that I can get back to sleep. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. Vot a Life!!! Cheers!!
