Guest guest
Hi everyone, Has anyone noticed that if your bladder is full or almost full, that rls starts up? I've tried my own experiment several times at the movies: A few times I drank alot of coke, water, etc... towards the 2 hour mark, my legs started up. A few other times I restricted the drinking and made sure I went to the washroom before the movie started; I've been enjoying going to the movies ever since. BUT, towards the 3 hour mark rls does return- I found this out during Titanic movie. At night, when rls wakes me up, even if I don't feel like it, I go to the washroom anyway and even if there is only a little trickle, I tend to go back to sleep most of the time. BUT, the constant waking up is killing me and I know I now have a sleep disorder. This seems to be like dominos, what's next....... Nope, nothing like a prolapse at all. Don't you usually have to have some kind of damage or injury for that to occur? If not, it's kind of scary to think that one day your organs just decide to fall to the " ground " . Darcy

That's partly what I meant, I thought you had to have to have damage/stress of some sort, having kids, getting hit in lower abdomen, some kind of injury that your body eventually develops a prolapsed bladder. I know there are a lot of women out there who have developed it after having kids. So far my bladder experience hasn't repeated itself.
