well maryam i certainly thank you for this information .......i thought

i was nuts before i found this group and that my condition had a name (rls)

and now i hope i don't come full circle. extrapyramidal is i believe a

rating scale used to determine the severity of parkinsons - does this apply

at all to us????? anyway i refuse to believe that i'm nuts and i'd

explain further but i've an appointment with my shrink in 5 minutes so i've

got to hurry!!!!!!!!

HI, all!

It seems everytime I read something that describes RLS, it says " mild

disorder " , " benign " , etc. I am really tired of these descriptions. I

have very severe RLS, and am really tired of having to explain it to

people. It has severely disrupted my life for the last 3 yrs. I had it

before that, but it just keeps getting worse. RLS, in itself is not

dangerous, but the effects from it are, and can change your whole

outlook on life, your relationships, etc.

am, I am glad you sent that little article, because it just shows

that that is another printout I can't show my friends. It does not

adequately describe the condition we are all suffering with.

As you can tell, I am totally exhausted today. Better luck tonight!
