I don't really have any advice, other than to keep talking to your dad,

and letting him know you are grieving too, which you are already doing.

You are going through such a sad time, and are very brave to go off

Prosac right now. I also substituted the St. 's for a prescription

med, and I love the results. No side effects, and for the year plus I've

been taking it, I've felt really good, despite legs. sleep problems, etc.

I'm so sorry you have lost your mom, and way too soon. That empty

feeling is awful.
