Guest guest Posted February 23, 1999 Report Share Posted February 23, 1999 Jodi, This is a wonderful idea.........and I hope everyone will be able to print it out and keep it posted nearby to refer to if needed. It could seem a little complicated, and some people will have difficulty deciding which heading to use.......or forget to use them altogether.......but if we try to work together and stick with this, we can make it work. I think it will be important to make this listing available to all new members, who will be joining us at different times. Perhaps it would be good to run the list through once a week for their benefit as well as acting as a reminder for the rest of us. It's a shame, but this is what happens when a few disgruntled people cannot figure out how to handle the problem of sorting and dealing with their E-mail. When this happens, there is sometimes a chain reaction, leading to more problems. It then becomes necessary to issue specific guidelines. In the long run, this is probably the most professional way for the group to operate.......and may well be the answer to all of our problems since we have become so large and there is such an abundance of mail.
