Guest guest
Anne: Your message got me thinking. Perhaps an even faster way to get rid of the " >> " s is to click on the " Edit " command on the toolbar, and then select the " Replace " command. (I'm on Windows 3.11 and use Microsoft Works, but these--or similar commands--should be on all systems.) The " Find What " box that appears will let you enter, for example, the " > " symbol. In the " Replace with " line, just leave it blank. Click " OK, " and the " > " symbol will be removed from your entire document.
