How to get rid of the >>'s

Dear Group,

If you have MS WORD and would like to make the articles you take to your

doctor, (that are copied from email posts...the one's with >> all down

the margin) look a little more 'professional' by removing the >>'s.

Here's HOW:

Do a Copy of the text you want to use.

Paste it in WORD.

HOLD DOWN THE ALT key and HIGHLIGHT the first >. Drag your mouse down

straight down, selecting all the >>'s (Keep the Alt key down.) When all

are highlighted release the Alt Key and hit 'delete'. That's it.

This is a touch thing. You'll see how to do it. You can also do

Numbered things this way to get rid of the numbers. It's just a handy

thing to know because when you NEED it you NEED it!

Here is the KISS with the >> in case you want to take it to WORD and
