Guest guest
Hi -- I have CMT Type 2 and have real problems with pain and sleeping. I've found several things that help, but don't totally take away the pain: 1. Ice my feet for about 20 minutes at a time several times during the evening (always protect your feet by wrapping the ice well in a towel). 2. Take 50 mg of desyril at bedtime (prescribed by the doctor. 3. Drink a couple of glasses of tonic water (has quinine in it) which help leg and foot cramps. These are just some things that work for me. I'd be glad to hear of any that you have found to be helpful. Keep up your courage and best of luck in looking for a job. nne in Oregon, USA FROM GREECE WITH LOVE >From: =?iso-8859-7?Q?=D0=E1=F0=E1=E4=EF=EA=F9=F3=F4=DC=EA=E7=F2=20=D0=EF=EB=FD=E2= E9=EF=F2?= polyvios@...> > > > >Hello.
