imitrex and cmt?

Hey everyone- Jill here

I was wondering if anyone has taken Imitrex for mirgaine headaches and had a

bad reaction to it. I had taken an imimtrex on Sunday adn a half hour later

I was vomiting, light-headed, my arms felt like there was someting cutting

of circulation, adn they were heavy, tingly and alittle numb. At first my

doctor thought it was just from the headache but when the symptoms did not

go away almost 24 hrs later and all my vitals were fine, also became short

of breathe, adn almost fainted when they took blod, he put me in the

hospital overnight. They found nothing wrong- just a bad reaction to the

Imitrex. Today is almost teh fourth day and I am still getiing short of

breath and light-headed. Has anyone else exprenieced this kind of reaction?

I was curious if the CMT playeda role in any of this, the neuerologist

does not think so but I am still curious.
