Guest guest
VABluesMan, I have said before that I thought that ligaments have something to do with it. You didn't say whether your knee injury damaged the ligaments on top of the knee or the ones behind the knee, ( the two ligaments behind the knee, almost on the sides) I find that when the outer upper calf is aching during an rls attack, if I press as hard as I can on this ligament into that calf muscle, when I release the pressure it helps temporarily, but then I have to press that ligament over and over again, it's almost a good hurt. But I definitely believe research should look into the ligaments. Arms and hands have ligaments to you know. Think about it. June 65, Delaware ( Am I the only one from Delaware?)
