Guest guest
My husband is a pharmacist and he deals with antibiotics all the time. He works in a clinical setting at the largest hospital here in town. The problem is that antibiotics have been over prescribed in the past. People do not like going to the DR and being told they have a virus and must wait and time will heal.(Tincture of time) They like having a little pill. So many DRs in the past, prescribed antibiotics for what was probably just a viral illness. The good news, is that more and more physicians are getting away from that. Many people think they get better in a few days after taking an antibiotic. But in truth, the virus would have gotten better in a few days as well. Soooooo, strains of bacteria have been bred that are resistant to antibiotics. They are called SUPER BUGS. Thus, we have to often take 3-4 courses of antibiotics when we truly do have a bacterial infection. I don't think this is CMT related. a
