Guest guest
Hi Jane, (and any others that might want to know this.) It's called " Copy and Paste " . Highlight the text you want to send someone. Hold down the Ctrl Key and press the C Key. Then go to your new email message box and hold down the Ctrl Key and press the V Key. (C does the " copy " and V does the " paste " .) If your browser (or email message composition box) has an EDIT selection on your menu bar, you can go there and choose 'Edit/Copy'. Then, when needed, do an 'Edit/Paste'. I 'Copy and Paste' a lot of things in my WORD program and save them. I just 'did' Dr. Elaty's article. I'm sure there are many out there that can give you better instructions. (And I'm sure we'll hear from them!) Hope I helped you out. Anne Nevil from Georgia Afterthought: Unless you have a special program, you can only copy and paste one item at a time.
