Hi Group!

I totally agree with . Please don't delete the entire message.

Also, it really would help when you refer to something someone has said,

to also give their e-mail name. A lot of people sign their messages

with their 'common name', or , yet have an e-mail address of

xyznoname@.... It is impossible to go back and find the e-mail

the 'discussion' is referring back to when someone says, " said " and

so on. Sometimes I delete a bunch of messages without reading them.

And there are times I'd like to go to the 'trash' and find out what was

said about something. I doubt if I am the only one that would like to

see this done. This is just a SUGGESTION!

(No hate mail, or else I'll make you go BACK to kindergarten!) ;)

About RLS:

I have found out that being in a semi stressful situation with family,

(feeding 8 with 2 toddlers a dinner) makes me have a very fitful night.

I wake up a lot during the night with the legs. I fully believe this is

caused by the chemicals the brain puts out during stress. Last night

was one of those nights. I am suffering from an 'emotional hangover'

today. (Yesterdays emotional binge, produces today's emotional hangover

for sure!!) This too will pass!

That's all!
