Guest guest
Hi Jeanne ( the new Jeanne) Glad you're with us. I want to share my benedryl experience with you. I took tylenol pm for two years. The sleep ingredient is benedryl. It worked great and my rls was greatly alleviated. Then about a month ago, I began to have side effects - hearing my heartbeat in my ears - and stopped. Last week, I took it again, the same thing happened and it did not make me sleepy. I do not know if the side effect was the benedryl, the tylenol, or the combination. Several in the group offered that I may have developed a sensitivity to the tylenol pm and others offered information on the " heartbeat in ears " . This is a great group and glad you joined us!
