With all the recent comments about medication, fatigue, and somnolence, I think Ana makes a good point. Although I too resent having to take drugs and put up with their side-effects, if I think back to what my life was like prior to starting on them, I always decide in favor of the drugs. Sometimes I think that we have to remind ourselves that there is no cure for RLS. Therefore, we can only choose which is the worse of the evils -- drugs and their side-effects or no-drugs and the consequences of full-blown RLS. Of course there are the " alternative therapies, " but so far I haven't found any that are work anywhere near as well as my drugs. --, 53, in the Great Western NY Desert where it never rains anymore and the sun shines day after day. _____________________________________________________________
