Guest guest
Hi , been in LA for a few days so am just reading my email. I would suggest maybe wearing " winterskins " underneath your regular clothes (like thermal stuff, but much lighter and also nicer on your skin). Then wear some outer layers of stuff. You know, turtleneck, sweater, jacket, as it warms up you can peel off, or as wind can kick up, you can re-layer. I think there are also some thinsulate type gloves that will help your hands stay warm. If you don't have them, maybe see if you can rent them from an REI or other outdoor ski-type shop. Maybe find out if there are any electrical outlets near where you're gonna be (you never know), then bring a space heater! Also, take along some folding chairs. You never know when you are going to want to sit/need to sit! Maybe ear muffs or a wide headband in case the wind is cold. Maybe also bring yourself some snacks to keep your energy up - like cheese/crackers, etc. Gretchen
