RLS: website updates and welcome letter

Two quick notes. Don't laugh. I CAN do a short email.

#1 I've added several new pages to my website on alternative approaches to

RLS. I still have lots more to add, but it's a start. Most of you already

know all that I included, but it's a good time to invite new people to view

the site, if they haven't been there. For the updates, go to the bottom of

the first page and see the items under " New Ideas for 1999 " .

#2 If you are new to the email group and have not received my " unofficial

welcome letter " , please let me know. I'll be happy to send a copy to you.

It has links to the group leader's page (which is full of great RLS links),

links to information about this group and how it works, and I've included a

description of some of the acronyms and emoticons we use, like " LOL, BTW,

TTYL " , and or

This is the same email I shared with the group, about a month ago, but if
