Guest guest
Hi Group, I've been taking Permax for about a month now, At first it did nothing but give me a headache and wake me up almost every hour on the hour, but I was determined to give it a chance. That was with two .05 mg around 9:00 in the evening only, then it was increased to one around 4:00 in the afternoon, Not much difference. Now I'm taking same, plus one in the morning around 10:00 AM. I can sleep better now without taking anything to help me. I still wake up once through the night, but I don't get up. I'm averaging 6 to 7 hours a night, so I'm not complaining about that at all. Also, I've noticed that I don't have to move as much, but it seems like the aches are now in my ankles, but stationary, (in other words, I don't have to move them, the creeping vibration isn't there, but the ache is still deep inside, also on the upper outside of my right calf ). Maybe that's why I was always rubbing my feet together, and pointing my toes out, trying to crack the bones in my ankles. I wasn't even aware that my ankles were involved until the ache became stationary. My Thumper arrived, and it's wonderful feeling, mostly on my neck and shoulders, but it also feels good on my legs, but even that doesn't reach the deep aches. It definitely helps, and I roll it around on my legs until the ache is gone, especially where the aches seem to be stationary. Even the Thumper can't beat on them as hard as I would like. (I need a hammer). I keep it plugged in and sitting right by my bed so I can use it any time, and I am very pleased with it. On sore muscles, it is heavenly, hurts soooooo good. Tomorrow I will be increasing my Permax by adding another .05 mg to the 4:00 dose, hoping that will eliminate the aches that are still there. If not, I can increase it after 5 days by adding another .05 to the morning dose. That will be the limit. I'm optimistic about it. Today I laid on my bed with Pooh Bear (my doggie) and READ, believe it or not, I was relaxed, and after awhile I feel asleep. I'll let you know later if the aches go away. Pray for me.
