Actually, her experience with her sleep disorder indirectly led me to understand that I have a sleep disorder too. I think if Ritalin works for someone, they should take it. If I thought Ritalin might work for me, I would certainly take it. There are plenty of people taking scary, addictive prescription drugs for RLS, like Xanax and Klonopin, but RLS patients don't seem to have the same problems with addiction as patients with other conditions. As said, we must all find our own path to combat this disease.
