Guest guest Posted January 19, 1999 Report Share Posted January 19, 1999 Gang, About a year ago I quit diet drinks of any kind, cold turkey. (I also quit anything with caffiene.) After six months or so, I absolutely could tell no difference in my RLS symptoms. I have since reintroduced caffiene in a limited fashion (hot tea in the morning). I have noticed that caffiene in the afternoon may make my sleeping worse, but have no problem with one cup of tea in the morning.
