Guest guest
I have had chronic tailbone pain from all sitting since 1996, although I have had RLS most of my life. After trying many things, I recently had a caudel epidural nerve block with steriods. It is done under xray so they can see whether they are in the caudel canel or not. It is done by an anesthesiologist. I had it just on May 20, so I can't tell if it is working well or not, I am still somewhat sore from the procedure. I also use fiber and a stool softener daily for coping with the ongoing constipation side effect of medications... that is essential. Just my experience.
