Guest guest Posted January 19, 1999 Report Share Posted January 19, 1999 Hi all, I use aspartame to sweeten my yoghurt every morning, 4 spoonfuls.It helps me losing weight. Since last may I lost about lbs 75.and 25 more to go. I am in better shape than ever, from obesitas to a little overweight, soon to be healthy slim. This is so good for my body, obesitas causes more threatening diseases than aspartame, I am sure.
