Dawn;

I too have the 'freezing " and drawing of my hands and

forearms. . worse of it happens when I drive and grip

steering too much. I've given up driving for the most

part for it has become dangerous to watch my feet to

place on gas or brake pedals and not have total

concentration on the traffic. Hands and arms have too

much progression to go with hand controls either.

I had to have surgery on my left eye lid (they cut out

excess eye lid and shortened the muscle and reattached

it so it would get lever action; right eye may need it

soon. . and they said I would have to have it done

again at some point for the muscle doesn't work

anymore due to nerve damage))The lid droop was

interfering with my eyesight and had 50% eyesight

loss. . going blind in that eye from interfereance. .

pictures looked terrible for it really showed with

light sensativity and when I was tired.

I'd had this since age 13 yrs (told I had had a high

fever that damaged the nerve from measles)and didn't

know about my CMT. . thought now I look back and I had

allot of symptoms but no doctors I ever went to could

give me REAL answers for my weirdness. . LOL
