Hi Lynn,

I am glad you found something that works. I take melatonin too, it helps

me fall asleep. Most of the concern over melatonin is directed at people

who take huge quantities of it to combat aging. They actually give

themselves melatonin injections as part of a life extension program.

This has doctors alarmed, and for good reason I think. Taking 1.5 to

3 gm of melatonin at night as a sleep aid is less of a concern. I

wouldn't take more than 3 gm a night though, and I am careful to buy

from companies I trust.

It's pretty warm and melty here, but I'm sure we'll get more snow

before spring. I'll send you some.
