CMT and work

Well, I told my boss I had CMT. Took a little explaining and I gave him a

synopsis from CMT International. I am still working full time and have a very

stressful " people management " job. I still want to stay at 30+ hours but I am

trying to sell them on telecommuting...say 20 hours at the office and 10 hours

from home. This could help with " pacing myself " and stress level. I think my

boss panicked a little and got Human Resources involved. Now

I have to see the company doctor on Monday to explain what " accomodations " I

need for my disability. Outwardly, I don't look like I have a problem...still

walking well but having more difficulty. When I spoke with the doctor on the

phone last week, she had heard of CMT but seemed angry that I had not mentioned

it before ( " you were born with it, weren't you! Why haven't you said anything

before? " )

Any suggestions for me? Wish me luck!
