He said I could get the same results by drinking quinine at bedtime as well. but being in my mid 40's I don't drink anything at bedtime if I want to sleep. cat926@... wrote: Kat!! I am a nurse, but not an expert. I doubt your grandson can ingest too much potassium by eating bananas, unless he has kidney problems. Too much potassium is usually obtained by potassium supplements, not usually dietary. Muscle cramps can be explained by many things but often they are due to insufficient calcium in one's diet.
