Guest guest
Hi group, I am brand new to all of this, looking for some feedback. I am 28 Years old and thinking that I have a mild case of rls and probably always have. My mother has it she says she never sleeps and apparently my grandfather had it as well. So far I haven't had trouble sleeping , maybe falling asleep at times, but I also have two young children and I am up alot during the night breastfeeding and such so who knows, anyway, my symptoms seem to be more the need to flex and stretch my muscles a lot, I say need but I guess its more of a must. I feel it mostly in my calves and hips. Caffiene seems to make it worse and exersize seems to help. I haven't yet seen a doctor about it, I figured you guys would probably know more. Lately I have had a really wierd excperience where I can actually see the muscles in my foot moving and my little toe twitching, Is this par for the course or do I have some other strange disorder? As I read your discussions some of you talked of how you have always had this syndrom, I was struck with something, we have nicknamed our youngest daughter thumper because she is constntly thumping her legs Hmmm? Anyways look forward to your responses, oh yeah I am curious has anyone had success using natural or homeopathic remedies?
