Hi Gretchen...

I have a question about biking. How do you keep your balance? Does the bike

have three wheels? I am asking you this because I tried many times when I

was younger to ride a two wheel bike, and it was impossible...that's why I

use a stationary bike indoors...I was just wondering how you do it?

Hi- Jill Here-

I too, love to bike- I can not bike very long- just a couple of miles, at a

time. In the winter I use the stationar bike- seem to ride many more miles

onthe stattionary bike- about 12-20miles, but outside only 6-10miles- go

figure. I also use the nordic track- was doing 20-30 minutes a day until

grad school- am trying to get back into the swing of it- but...

Anyway the dr. said that biking is good for CMT.

Have a greast day- Jill
