Guest guest
Hi Gretchen... I have a question about biking. How do you keep your balance? Does the bike have three wheels? I am asking you this because I tried many times when I was younger to ride a two wheel bike, and it was impossible...that's why I use a stationary bike indoors...I was just wondering how you do it? Guest guest
Hi- Jill Here- I too, love to bike- I can not bike very long- just a couple of miles, at a time. In the winter I use the stationar bike- seem to ride many more miles onthe stattionary bike- about 12-20miles, but outside only 6-10miles- go figure. I also use the nordic track- was doing 20-30 minutes a day until grad school- am trying to get back into the swing of it- but... Anyway the dr. said that biking is good for CMT. Have a greast day- Jill > >Reply-To: CMTUS (AT) e >To: CMTUS CMTUS (AT) e> >Subject: cycling/biking >Date: Tue, 02 May 2000 18:24:35 -0700 > >Hi Kathleen and Kat, everyone else too: throughout my CMT life one of >the only sports I have been able to do well is biking.(swimming too) I >don't go on long rides, and I do go outside in the fresh air.
