The last year or so, I have had three periods of awful pain in the jaw-bone. It feels like all the teeth are aching. My dentist says it is nothing wrong with them, but that it must be some kind of rheumatism in the jaw. I do know that the pain starts after I have been talking more than usual - but I do not talk THAT MUCH!!! I just wonder if this has to do with my CMT as well. Guest guest
Nina, You might have what is called TMJ. Tempormandibular Joint Disorder. It has something to do with your jaw not meeting. My daughter had it from an accident. Also chewing hard food and gum aggrivates it. I am not a Dr. so I suggest you find a Dentist who specializes in TMJ. They could help you better. " Nina Cat.
