Well, considering it is about 3:30 am here, multiple sleep disorders????

Let's see.......uh...uh...uh.......oh yea! (It took me a minute to grasp my

memory from the depths of drug-induced memory loss.....ha!)

Yes, I have PLMD, RLS, sleep obstructive apnea (I use a nasal CPAP machine

too) and I must have some sort of sleep phobia after all of these years of

sleeplessness. The bright side is that I have become a workoholic......I can

get a lot of work done in the middle of the night and in the wee

hours........might as well be productive if I am going to be awake, eh? LOL.
