Guest guest Posted January 25, 1999 Report Share Posted January 25, 1999 Well group, You've heard the expression " Laughing is good for the soul " , and if you are depressed, it's hard to laugh at anything . !!!!!! I've found the cure !!!!! Yesterday, I did 20 deep knee bends for the first time in a long time, so my upper leg muscles were very sore. So today about the same time I decided to put the Thumper to work. I rolled the thumper over the top of my sore legs and I couldn't stop giggling. Even my dog looked at me funny, Harry came in and saw me laying on the bed laughing and thought I'd lost it. If you can take it, it hurts sooooooooo gooooooood. Believe it or not, it stopped the aches in my legs, I wouldn't take anything for it and I keep discovering new ways to use it. Anybody got any suggestions on an exercise that will make my calves sore, because it beats up and down, and is great on sore muscles. I know you all think I'm crazy.
