Hi All,

I try to get to the gym 4-5 times each week. I walk in the early

afternoon about 2 miles at 4 miles per hour and use a grade of no less

than 5 and no more than 9. I sure do feel the difference at night now

my legs are calm since I've been walking on the treadmill.
