Yes, I've dislocated myleft knee 5 or 6 times. I've told the group

earlier, that the tendon/muscle that holds the kneecap in place is so

loose, that when the knee pops off center, I just straighten my leg, and

it usually goes back in. My son and daughter also have dislocaged

theirs. The son to the point where he would just be walking along, and

the next thing he knew, was on the ground. He had surgery that cut the

tendons above the knee, criss-crossed over the knee (to tighten) and then

used metal clips to attach to tendons below the knee.
