HI , I had just about the same surgery years ago. It does get better.

After a long time the pain goes away. Well most of it. My upper legs are much

weaker after the surgery I understand that is normal. Who did your surgery?

Hi --you said

What can you say to inspire me to do housework, and feel it's beneficial?

I'm sure it benefits you in2 ways--you are exercising, plus getting some

work done. But I hate housework!! I'm going to try to look at it as a

weight-loser, maybe that will help.

Perhaps I should always have a dust cloth in a pocket--then when I fall,

I can dust the low things, as I crawl to some support to get up. LOL
