Guest guest
Well...i'm not so sure as a recent sleep study on me actually did diagnose the night time form of RLS; nocturnal myoclonus. As a result I now take 1 mg of Klonopin before bedtime. Not sure if it helps yet with my EDS (the reason for the study). But, the MD did tell and show me the results of the study that showed my right leg jerked over 300 times during the night that robbed me of good sleep. I also experience right eye twitches and early to late evening urges to " bounce my legs " repeatedly (60 X per minute). The bouncing sure helps the urge to subside, but it's annoying.
