Guest guest
In the Jan/Feb issue of Natural Health on pg 48 (Reader to Reader) there's a letter from Pat Wagner in Pataskala, Ohio in which she writes: I read three responses to the article on restless leg syndrome (sep/oct 98) and decided to write in with what I use for quick relief. Whenever I experience that awful restless jumpiness in my legs, I put four magnesium phosphate tissue salt pills (a.k.a. cell salts) under my tongue. In just a few seconds, my legs are perfectly still. It's the quickest, easiest way I know of to calm them. Has anyone in the group ever tried this? If so, any success? Where in the world does one purchase cell salt pills? If this is so great, how come so many of us are struggling with prescription medicines? CHEERS!!
