Yo Group,

I sent this document this morning but for some reason it didn't reach you all.

So, I'll try again.

Attached is the Soc. Sec. determination letter I told you about. There should

be a download prompt at the bottom of this email. Let me say a few things

before you download.

First, I have an antivirus device that should keep everything I send the group

" clean. "

Secondly, as you will read RLS wasn't the only thing that caused me to be

considered disabled, but it was a major portion of my discussion with the

Judge.

I have highlighted all those parts that apply to RLS or its destructive

sideffects. As the Judge has noted, the combination of my problems, (most of

them RLS related) was a key consideration in the disability process. Thirdly,

I sent along the cover pages that instruct someone how to file an appeal to

the next(4th) level. ( Almost never successful at this level) Some of you may

want to understand the entire process so I left out nothing.

Lastly, remember, even one of my health problems considered could have been

enough for a favorable decision if it was severe enough. Don't let the fact

that I had other medical problems deter you from filing a claim if you feel it

is warranted. Depression, inability to keep schedules, problems sitting still,

profound sleepiness, pain, etc. could all add-up to a favorable decision.

To all of you that have asked me specific questions I have them saved and will

answer them tomorrow via this site. I have also sent you some links to SS

pages that also may serve to answer your questions.
