Guest guest
Dear Jeanne& everyone, I've done some research in this area. I found out a deficiency in the following may contribute to RLS: Folic Acid, Calcium, Magnesium, Iron. BTW, this is also true, according to Dr. Zoltan P. Rona, for RLS in children....(I have 2 pre-teen girls, so I look up stuff for them too) Dr. Rona is quite famous in these parts. He is a practicing physician (18yrs) & past pres. of Canadian Holistic Medical Association. Wrote 3 books not about RLS alone, but in general, by categories of illness. I'll pass this on tomorrow if you are interested. People from far and near go to him in droves. I'll be real honest, homeopathy, was the LAST OPTION on my list, but, it's the only type of doctor left for me to try. Tylenol's are killing my stomach (I suspect it's the codeine). I would like to give homeopathy a try before I get hooked on Mirapex. Jeanne and/or anyone out there, if you have found something " natural " that has been helping or have additional info., please share. I'm so sorry to hear about the Fybromayalgia. My neighbour was also diagnosed recently but hers is a complication of Lupus. Wishing everyone well, Ana Casinha Woodbridge, Ont.
